Staff will guide a nature hike and scavenger hunt. Each child will get to take home a milkweed seedling to plant in their gardens to help Monarch Butterflies.
“We are very excited for this summer’s new Family Nature Days, it will give us an opportunity to educate people on the importance of preserving our natural surroundings as well as introduce them to the work that Quinte Conservation does in their community,” says Maya Navrot, Conservation Education Coordinator.
