The Municipality of Brighton and the Ontario Ministry of Environment will face off in a courtroom.
A recent preliminary hearing found there was enough evidence to go to trial.
At issue is the municipality’s handling of ammonia levels coming from Brighton’s sewage treatment lagoon.
The trial will be held next month, but an exact date has not been set.
