Grand Chief Stewart Phillip of the Union of B-C Indian Chiefs is looking to get arrested today at the Kinder Morgan protest site on Burnaby Mountain.
At least 100 people have already been arrested since police began enforcing a B-C Supreme Court injunction on Monday.
Kinder Morgan is expected to be in court later today asking for the area covered by the injunction to be expanded.
It’s conducting drilling at two sites in preparation for its proposed Trans Mountain pipeline.
