The Environment critic for the federal Liberal Party stopped in the Quinte region today to tour with Liberal candidate Neil Ellis.
As part of the day, John McKay visited the Lorne Brooker Show.
When asked about global warming, McKay says it is important to make it “relate-able to the public.”
McKay adds we need to solve our environmental problems “logically.”
As part of the tour, McKay and Ellis are going to the Belleville Farmer’s Market, Quinte West City Hall and marina, and stopping in Picton to talk solar farms.
They will also have a meal with local stakeholders and a fundraising dinner this evening.
