The annual Trenton Woodlot Conference is moving to a new location this year at the Batawa Community Centre, a bigger, brighter venue with exhibitors adjacent to the presentation room. The event is hosted by the Hastings Stewardship Council. Lower Trent Conservation is an organizing partner and sponsor. The theme this year is biodiversity.

Guided walks around Batawa, showcasing the interesting geological, biological and forest wonders of the area. Our Ecology & Stewardship Specialist, Ewa Bednarzcuk, will be one of the guides.
There will also be many exhibitors and craftsman. Chef Nelson Bridger from the Batawa Ski Hill will be providing a tasty lunch, as well as hot beverages and cookies in the morning.
