Old Man Winter is crashing into the Quinte region

Old man winter is going to flex his muscles over the next little while.
Snow, wind and cold will soon be upon us.
Speaking to CJBQ’s Brian Decaire, our meteorologist Kevin Williams said most of the area will get around 5 to 10 cm of snow but……
