Providing practical, location-specific information is one way the municipality is helping residents prepare for potential flooding this spring with Lake Ontario experiencing near record-high water levels for this time of year.
If you live or operate a business in a vulnerable area, you are encouraged to start preparing.
A list of flood prevention products and services is also posted on The County’s flood watch webpage.
The municipality is currently preparing its response in the event of flooding.
