The City of Quinte West has announced their spring leaf and yard waste collection and disposal dates for this year.
Trenton Ward – Monday, April 12 and Monday April 26
Frankford Ward – Monday April 19 and Tuesday April 20
Murray Ward – Monday April 19 and Tuesday April 20
Sidney Ward – Monday April 19 and Tuesday April 20
All leaf and yard waste must be in compostable paper yard waste bags
Garbage bag tags are not required for leaf and yard waste bag collection
Please ensure yard waste bags are curbside/roadside by 7:00 a.m. on collection day
Brush and branches will not be collected curbside
YEAR ROUND YARD WASTE DROP OFF
Yard waste includes grass clippings, small branches, and leaves
Location: Frankford Landfill site – 1850 Fish and Game Club Road
Yard waste can be dropped off at the Frankford Landfill free of charge and does not need to be bagged.
Drop-off times: *Temporary Additional Hours*
Mondays – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesdays – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturdays – 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
