UPDATE FROM QUINTE CONSERVATION: Unfortunately, our Bee Merry Mingle and Craft event for December 13th has been cancelled. We look forward to rescheduling this event in 2025.
A mingle and craft night will also serve up lessons about the important role bees have as pollinators.
Quinte Conservation is hosting the Bee Merry Mingle at its head office (2061 Old Hwy 2, Belleville) on December 13 where nature enthusiasts can gather, enjoy some charcuterie and make their own beeswax food wrap to take home.
Frances McParland, from Just Bee Cuz Honey Farm, will provide a short presentation on the important role local bee populations play within the watershed.
Space is limited. Registration is required. $35 per person.
Includes food, refreshments, and take-home beeswax food wrap.
Additional honey and bee products for sale.
